What we collect
The two photos you upload, the portraits we make from them, your email address and your order details. Payments are handled by Stripe — we never see or store your card number.
How your photos are used
Your photos are only used to create your portraits. We never publish them, sell them, or use them to train AI models.
How they're stored
Uploads and portraits are kept in private, encrypted storage. They can only be opened with short-lived secure links that we create for you.
Who we share with
Only the services we need to run PetFotoz: our AI image provider (to make your portraits), Stripe (to take payment) and our email provider (to send sign-in links). Nobody else.
Deleting your data
Want your photos and portraits removed? Email support@petfotoz.com and we'll delete them within 7 days.
